FSSAI Compliance: All MORIVA products are manufactured and sold in compliance with FSSAI (Food Safety and Standards Authority of India) regulations. Our FSSAI licence number is displayed on all product packaging.
When you place an order on our website, you are making an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order at our sole discretion. An order is confirmed only upon receipt of successful payment and our confirmation email or WhatsApp message.
Accepted payment methods:
All payments are processed through PCI-DSS compliant payment gateways. MORIVA does not store your card details. In the event of a failed payment where your account is debited, the amount will be reversed within 5–7 business days as per your bank's policy.
All prices displayed on our website are in Indian Rupees (₹) and are inclusive of applicable GST unless stated otherwise. Shipping charges, if any, are displayed at checkout before payment is made.

MORIVA is not liable for delays caused by logistics partners, natural disasters, strikes, government actions, or other circumstances beyond our control. Orders are typically dispatched within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation.
Free shipping is available on orders above the threshold displayed on our website at the time of purchase. Shipping charges for orders below this threshold are shown at checkout.
Returns: We accept returns within 7 days of delivery only in the following cases:
To initiate a return, contact us on WhatsApp or email within 7 days with photos of the issue. We do not accept returns for change of mind, taste preference, or partially consumed products.
Refunds: Approved refunds are processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method. COD refunds will be issued via bank transfer.
Cancellations: Orders can be cancelled before dispatch. Once dispatched, cancellations are not accepted. To cancel, contact us immediately via WhatsApp.
Note: As a food product, MORIVA moringa powder cannot be returned once opened, unless the issue is a quality defect or incorrect dispatch. This is in line with FSSAI guidelines for consumable products.
